You review and sign the service agreement directly with the Steward company. ### Why are utilities registered in the Steward company’s name? Utilities and other supported Japan-side service accounts are registered in the Steward company’s name. Using a Japanese entity as the contracting party usually makes setup, billing, mail handling, and provider changes much simpler. You remain responsible for the property-specific charges. ### Does a Steward replace an inspector or licensed specialist?
