Why This Beats Booking An APA Or Airbnb For A Month

For month-long stays, even budget chains like APA add up fast. A typical APA room in Tokyo often runs around ¥7,000 to ¥15,000 per night, which puts a 30-night stay roughly in the ¥210,000 to ¥450,000 range.

The usual option

APA / Business Hotel

¥210,000 to ¥450,000

per 30 nights at ¥7,000 to ¥15,000 per night

  • Small room built for one or two nights, not a month
  • No kitchen or washing machine
  • Tourist zones, not real neighborhoods
  • No guidance for actually living in Tokyo
This program

Live Like a Local Program

From ¥149,000

for 30 days, then ¥4,950 per extra day, stay as long as you like

  • Full kitchen, washing machine, 43-inch 4K Google smart TV
  • Docomo Home 5G, WiFi 6, and a 2.5Gbps wired LAN port
  • Foreigner-friendly lease in English
  • Handbook and a team that knows the area

For about half the cost of a basic APA month, you're not just sleeping in Tokyo. You're actually living here.
